Active Noise Cancellation 

The Littmann CORE Digital stethoscope features noise cancelling technology that reduces unwanted background sounds. 

Up to 40x Amplification 

3M's new diagnostic technology allows for up to 40x amplification at peak frequency. Alternate between analog and amplified listening modes with one switch. 

Tuneable Diaphragm 

The Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope contains diaphragms on adult and paediatric sides of the stethoscopes, both of which are tuneable.

Physician Comfort 

This stethoscope is designed with soft-sealing ear tips to provide an acoustic seal and comfortable fit. 

Capture and Analyse

The Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope captures 15, 30, 60 or 120 second recordings which may be analysed using a library of heart sounds to monitor the progression of a disease.
