Atrauman Ag is a low adherent wound contact layer which contains silver that acts as a barrier dressing. Designed for the treatment of contaminated, traumatic and chronic wounds which reduces the risk of infection. The impregnation protects the wound edges to prevent maceration, its is non-medicated, contains paraffin.

Atrauman® Ag is coated in silver which has been proven to minimise the bacterial burden in wounds.  The silver ions bind with bacteria and destroy them within the dressing whilst protecting the wound bed.
