The I.V. Catheter Series of Smiths combines all of the benefits of the electropolished “V”-Point needle, finely tapered catheter shoulders, thin walled construction, radiopacity and incorporates OCRILON® polyurethane.

A unique material formulation, which provides an excellent choice for clinician and patient. OCRILON® Polyurethane is firm for controlled insertion but softens whilst indwelling to conform to the contour o f the vein, reducing vessel irritation and increasing patient comfort.
