Instrumax® Pink is a uniquely formulated instrument grade disinfectant (low level), that has been approved for usage on non-essential medical devices such as thermoeters, stethoscopes, MRI machines, humidicribs, tourniquets and nebuliser face masks utilised in asthma treatment.
Instrumax® Pink is also appropriate to use on non-medical equipment such as CPR mannequins and training masks to name a few application uses. Any application where face masks are subjected to re-use and require on site disinfection may be suitable for Instrumax® Pink.
The Instrumax® Pink label lists that it is proven to kill:
- Acinetobacter
- Escherichia coli (E coli)
- Enterococcus faecalis (VRE)
- Proteus vulgaris
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Salmonella choleraesuis
- Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA or Golden Staph)
- Klebsiella pneumoniae (CPE/CRE)
- Hepatitis B Group virus
- Herpes Simplex virus
- Influenza virus
- Coronaviruses including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19)
- Candida albicans
