Demetech DemeSILK Non-Absorbable Silk Suture is a sterile, multifilament surgical suture manufactured from natural silk fibre for soft tissue approximation and ligation where a non-absorbable suture is appropriate. Processed to remove natural waxes and gums, the braided silk construction provides excellent handling, flexibility and knot security. Supplied with a 24mm 3/8 circle reverse cutting (RC) needle and a 75cm suture length, it is suitable for a range of general surgical procedures.
