Silvercel Antimicrobial Dressing is a sterile, non-adherent, non-woven pad composed of a high guluronic acid alginate, carboxymethylcellulose and silver coated nylon fibres. The Dressing has excellent fluid absorption ability and a lasting antimicrobial effect, making this dressing ideal for dealing with chronic wounds with moderate to high levels of exudate. Additionally, the dressing is able to maintain a moist wound environment to support wound healing due to the unique composition of the dressing.
