It’s cooling and soothing effect is due to its specially formulated Hydrogel  and active ingredient, Melaleuca Alternifolia (tea-tree). The sterile dressing keeps the wound clean, minimises loss of body fluids and is easy to apply, non-adhesive and easy to remove without causing further trauma to patient.
