AsGUARD® Clear+ Film Island Dressing is a sterile, water- resistant polyurethane film, with a low adherent and breathable absorbent pad permeable to moisture. It is most suitable for wounds with a low level of exudate, minor wounds and post- operative for fragile skin.

The AsGUARD® Clear+ Film Island Waterproof Dressing protects the wound site against infection, while being gentle on the skin with minimal pain on removal. It is also ideal for use on difficult areas to dress, since its flexibility contours against the skin comfortably.
