Mepitel® One 27.5 x 50 cm is a one-sided soft silicone wound contact layer for very large wounds and complex surgical sites; it uses Safetac® technology to gently adhere without sticking to the moist wound bed, helping support undisturbed healing while allowing exudate to pass to a suitable secondary absorbent dressing and enabling easy inspection. Indications: pressure injuries, skin tears, surgical wounds, partial-thickness burns, and leg and foot ulcers.
