Osmocel^® Hydroporous Foam is an ideal dressing to manage wounds with different needs and moisture levels.
The fine pores retain moisture at the wound surface, while excess exudate travels into upper pores of the foam to be eliminated as moisture vapour, increasing dressing wear time. Suitable for primary dressing on lightly exuding wounds and secondary dressing when other wound contact layers are needed
