    MESI mTABLET ABI Diagnostic System is a set of multiple devices and software to perform an automated wireless Ankle-Brachial Index system with its 3Cuff™ technology. It allows a simultaneous measurement of brachial and ankle pressures. It also incorporates PADsense™ algorithm for detection of severe Peripheral Arterial Disease.     The measurement is quick and reliable with pulse waveforms shown directly on the screen. Cuffs are made from polyurethane leather on the outside and polyurethane Nylex on the inside, which makes them resistant to all standard cleaning agents.

    Equipped with the standard software, the MESI resting ECG supports the acquisition of 12 leads of ECG for a period of 10 seconds or manual mode with an acquisition of up to 5 minutes. It is represented with 12 short segments, which are arranged in a grid of 3 rows and 4 columns (1. Column represents the 3 standard leads (dipolar); 2. Column represents the 3 augmented limb leads (unipolar); 3. and 4. Column represent the 6 precordial leads).
    Resting ECGs can be transferred to the mRECORDS web platform in the patient file and can be seen by a physician with any computer or mobile device.

    The MESI mTABLET SPO2 is a wireless pulse oximeter system that is designed for screening, diagnosing, or monitoring acute respiratory or heart illness. MESI mTABLET SPO2 features an intuitive user interface with easily adjustable operating modes. The device has a large screen that provides high visibility of SpO₂ levels and heart rate readings.     Toe-Brachial Index measurement is used for detecting PAD in patients, where an Ankle-Brachial Index measurement alone is not sufficient due to non-compressible arteries. It is an indispensable measurement not only for diabetic patients, patients undergoing dialysis and patients with very advanced age, but also for patients with extensive wounds and lymphoedema.
