The Trach-Vent®+ HME is a compact, lightweight heat and moisture exchanger (HME) designed for spontaneously breathing patients with tracheostomies. Weighing only 6.5 grams, it features an integrated suction port that opens and closes automatically, as well as an oxygen port for supplemental oxygen delivery when required. This efficient device supports natural humidification with a moisture output of 27 mg H₂O/L at a tidal volume of 0.5L.
