Getinge Emulating Indicators 7 are the most advanced chemical indicators for monitoring the specific steam sterilisation parameters of time, temperature and steam inside the pack and assures the user that maximum values for all cycle parameters have been achieved. It is designed for use in steam sterilisers operating at either 121°C for 20 minutes or 134°C for 7 minutes. When a pack is opened, your OR staff can quickly verify that the conditions for sterilisation were achieved and that the instruments and utensils are safe to use in surgical procedures.

The Getinge Emulating Indicator 7 diamond symbol changes colour from purple to green when exposed to appropriate steam sterilization conditions depicting clear colour changes to enable accurate display of results that can be used as a permanent record. It is lead-free, there are no toxic heavy metals and it conforms to EN ISO 11140-1, Type 6.
